Prior to your JS Lofts loft conversion being started, the local authority will be informed that JS Lofts are working in the area.
Whilst the work is underway, the Local Authority Building Inspector will visit your property to ensure that all regulations are being conformed.
The next stage is the Build.
On completion of your JS Lofts loft conversion, the Local Authority Building Inspector will visit again to ensure work has been done satisfactorily and complies to regulations. The Building Certificate will then be issued.
